Emergency personnel strap sophomore Yiming Zhang onto a stretcher after she was struck by a black Dodge Dakota driven by freshman Lacey Hubbert on Thursday afternoon. Witnesses said Zhang was hit while crossing College Avenue as the vehicle was making a left turn from Rollins Street.
